I am Faizan Manshad, a Civil Engineering student at COMSATS University Islamabad with a strong academic record and specialized expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have gained practical BIM experience as a modeler at Mount Khalid, where I developed comprehensive architectural and structural models for Mount 4, alongside multiple smaller projects that demonstrate my proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion, and ETABS.

My technical skills are complemented by real-world construction experience from my internship at Resolve & NSTP Tower (NUST University). During this time, I handled material quantity calculations, steel weight analysis, and construction drawing interpretation.

Certified in Revit Architecture, Structure & MEP and AutoCAD, I am passionate about leveraging BIM technology to optimize design workflows, enhance project collaboration, and deliver innovative engineering solutions that bridge the gap between digital modeling and construction execution.
